The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as follows:
- Rage Software & DerazSoft grant you the right to install and use one copy of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer for your use only, unless specifically licensed to do otherwise by either Rage Software or DerazSoft.
- You are permitted to make copies of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT for archival or backup purposes only
2. DISTRIBUTION
You are hereby licensed to make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as you wish to give exact copies of the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT in its unmodified form to anyone and to distribute exact copies of the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT in its unmodified form via electronic means (Internet, BBS's, Shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc.). You may not represent in any way that you are selling the SOFTWARE itself. Your distribution of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will not entitle you to any compensation from Rage Software or DerazSoft. You must distribute a copy of this License Agreement with any copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and anyone to whom you distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT too is subject to this License.
3. WARRANTY
Rage Software & DeraSoft are not responsible for any damage to the purchaser's computer system or data and in no event will Rage Software & DeraSoft, its officers, directors, employees or agents be responsible to the purchaser for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use this Rage Software & DeraSoft product, even if Rage Software & DeraSoft have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
